Classic Directions: For one cup of Chai, bring half a cup of water and half a cup of milk to a boil.
Add one teaspoon of chai and sugar to taste. Lower heat and simmer for approximately 3 minutes.
Strain over your cup and enjoy!
Spin-Off: Bring to boil 1 cup of water and 1/2 cup of milk add couple Black tulsi leaves (Holy Basil)
Any other basil, use only half a leaf or so. Add one tea spoon Adivasi masala chai.lower heat to medium.
add five six annis seeds to the chai cool strain and serve. This is what they serve all over in Amritsar!
